It’s no secret that children have boundless energy and enjoy constant stimulation. This is often one of the main reasons why parents decide to enroll their child in activities outside the household. Cooperation: Classes are organized in a way that encourages listening and sharing with both peers and instructors. Working together promotes increased development in children’s conversation skills as well. The balance of play and compromise is a great skill to learn how to manage.

Safety: Much of the world isn’t child-proof, making a lot of venues and situations very limiting for children. However, toddler classes held at a facility designed specifically for children allow them to engage in unlimited play with equipment that is appropriately sized to fit their needs. This will promote the emotional confidence necessary for independence.

Cognitive Development: Playing with peers that have different personalities as well as learning new activities in the class will help children enhance their problem solving and social skills. Engaging in play can improve memory and enhance attention spans.

Less Screen Time: Between television, tablets, and phones, children are being exposed to screens at very early ages. Some screen time can be beneficial, especially if learning is involved, but physical activity is still a very important aspect of a child’s life. Toddler classes provide children with fun, enriching activities that don’t require a screen.
